FCCN Sunday Service Preview - "Ten Commandments for Difficult Times"

October 21, 2018

Dear Friends,
Have you ever felt like your train just ran off the track or that your life hit a wall?  It happens, you know, sometimes when we least expect it. But even in the most difficult times, there are ways to cope, simply by our frame of mind, and our faith that God will see us through.  It is not a matter of denial, but a matter of focus, ultimately a matter of reaching out to the One who promised "never to leave or forsake us."  The message this Sunday will be "Ten Commandments for Difficult Times." I believe you will find strength in the message and the promises of God when challenging times come your way.
Serving Him together, Rev. Les Wicker, pastor

A "BIG" Day Is Scheduled for October 28: Don't miss the opportunity of seeing the church's mortgage burned, meaning all debts on the church building and property are paid off. Dr. Michael Chittum, General Secretary of the National Association of Congregational Churches, will be present for the service and celebration.  This is a milestone in the life of "The Miracle Church."  Plan to share in the celebration as it is a tribute to an unbelievable accomplishment on the part of many people.

Hurricane Michael Relief Fundraiser Concert: The church is partnering with Paul Todd Charities to hold a Hurricane Relief Concert on November 3 at 7:00 PM.  All funds from the concert will be sent to the victims of Hurricane Michael on the Florida Panhandle with the monster storm devastated so many lives.
